Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Soda (soda.rs). By using Soda you agree to them.

Accounts and workspaces

• You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that mailbox secure.
• A workspace belongs to its owner. Owners decide who is invited and what each person can see.
• You are responsible for the content you and your team put into your workspace.

Connected accounts

When you connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account, you authorize Soda to access it within the permissions you granted. You can disconnect it at any time. Emails you send through Soda are sent from your own account.

AI features

AI suggestions can be wrong. Soda marks them as suggestions, shows their source, and requires a person to approve sending email and closing deals. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

Acceptable use

• No spam, bulk unsolicited email or unlawful content.
• No attempts to access other workspaces, probe security or disrupt the service.

Availability

We work to keep Soda reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product develops.
